yeah dood, I'm getting the same way. The Ascii pad is so convenient to leave hooked up in the game room. But I'm glad (embarrassed?) to say I've got a third DC stick coming my way...

You and Mike are closer than I am in that aspect, since you've both cleared Stage 8.

Gonna try to get some more time into this tonight.

My high point runs fizzle fast.

I can usually be at around 500K after 3 rounds w/Zangief and M. Bison but then I just fall apart. My best runs are where i'm pretty steady at about 100K per fight and use someone w/good anti-airs and fast jabs / leg kicks; Ken, Ryu, Sakura, Juni and Juli.

Also - what's the deal w/losing a single round sometimes and the whole match being over? Is that if the AI is V-ISM?

The stick is soldered to another smaller pcb, it isn't 4-5 wire molex connector to an out of the way PCB - it's not an easy / easy drop in. Those sticks are pretty hearty, you may just need a restrictor gate?
Dunno, I haven't opened it up.

This is someone else's photo, but this is my stick, essentially.

The stick is a little loose and the stick taps to the right a little too easily. It's like it needs a spring tightened somewhere.

yeah frustrating. I've hit Juni/Juli 3 times now. And once, I got the 2nd one down to a sliver of health on my 2nd win. Ugh. So close. I felt like the 1CC was closer than the 1M.
