I don't know if I've suggested this before or not, but how about purging all members with a post count of 10 or less who haven't signed on in over 12 months? A lot of users picked real good usernames, but then proceeded to abandon their account after a few days or so. Purging such users would free up a lot of simple, easily remembered usernames. As for the posts belonging to such accounts, attribute them all to 1 fake account, called something like DeadUser or Mister X.

This seems like a lot of work. Plus, I think Racket wants to encourage people to look at the website and wouldn't want to delete a user unless they're a spambot. I mean, he's relying on advertising to fund the site.

ok, now... what is a Ventrillo server? I honestly don't know. Why do you think it's something that we should have?
It's like voice chat that doesn't use a lot of bandwidth, and you can have a lot of people at once,
Ever play online FPS with headphones?
Any addition bloat will slow down the server. Even if the real time voice chat does not use up too much bandwidth, do I really want to hear smack talk through the speaker? At least with typing one has better self control and even Edit before sending any trash onto the Forum.
There is already the Racketboy Podcast
I myself don't use it myself since I prefer text that can be restudied. Once you build up positive rapport maybe you can jump in that.

Not trying to sound like a jerk....but do you know what a podcast is?
