What RPG are you playing right now?

Once again I find myself playing Final Fantasy II (IV). Still need to beat Secret of Mana, and I'll probably replay Illusion of Gaia sometime soon.

Started up Alundra. I must say, I am shocked that this game isn't more popular. I love the top-down Zelda style, and this game does it well. The difficulty level (which is high) is fantastic. I've been playing so many shmups lately that an rpg just wan't hold my attention, but I am actually required to use reflexes and dodging skills in this game.

The story is awesome this far too. Anyone who has a craving for a LttP-style game, definitely give this a try.

I'm playing Radiant Historia on my DS. I think i'm at the middle of the game right now, and it's been trully amazing! Really, this is a VERY GOOD rpg! It has something that used to be common to the genre but has been lost in this current generation of JRPGs: great dialogues and an interesting plot!

I had a lot of fun with this. I like how it is a fresh take on the time travel storyline that isn't just the broad strokes of Chrono Trigger or one of the stable timeloop plots like in BlazBlue and 3rd Birthday.

Just remembered how in Chrono Trigger, time traveling is completelly messed up, as you can find a lot of logical inconsistencies by paying close attention. Well, who cares anyway, the game is a masterpiece and I still love the way it takes time travel: simple and epic.

btw, i forgot to mention I'm also playing Odin Sphere on my PS2, the game has TERRIFIC graphics and an amazing plot ala multiple protagonists style. Sadly I almost don't have free time to play it at home, so I'm probably finishing radiant historia first (portability is great!).

I'm playing Folklore, if we consider that an rpg. I started it once, but never finished it for whatever reason. I'm making another attempt.

Gave up on shenmue, simply can't get into it. Playing Grandia 2 again.

y's 7 on the psp and lunar for the psp both awesome xseed games
