Went in to Half Price books today. Didn't see much in the clearance section so I almost left. Then I found Phantasy Star 4 in the card board box and Lightning Force CIB. They were $3.99 each.

Bought from the same Deseret Industries (Mormon thrift store) that I find everything at. During a rare evening visit, no less:

Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete - $2.00

All 4 discs are included, but didn't find the box, manual or map anywhere. The first disc has a few concerning scratches but has been playing fine so far. The other 3 discs are flawless.

I have had some of my best finds during an off hand evening visit to my normal stores. Nice find!

Little bit of sharpy on Lightning Force and the box on PS4 is a little squished.

NES world Championships grey cart for 100$
Complete R.O.B with all his parts and working for 40$
NES top loader with the two "Dog bone Controllers" all for $80
A 4 game 2 player Licensed Neo-Geo working Arcade machine for $150

Best finds I can remember.

I work at a retro game store so not all of these are me finding them But I was there when we found them and in most cases had to help pick them up.

Cool stories from retro store finds.

Lot of reproductions of the Championship carts. Are you sure it's an original?
