Possible. But, not only does she have a boyfriend, I don't think of her that way. So I sure as hell hope not.

But the girls being promiscuous is true. Pretty much any good looking or nice girl coming out of our school is pretty much going to be getting their freak on at some point. Even the preacher's daughter got around a time or two. (Her brother is a pretty horny son of a gun too... )

Remember, the brainless ones are almost always the fastest to open their legs. In my city that was very clear. There were schools where pregnant girls were almost non-existent, and then there were others...

Not saying that is always the case, but I'm sure you'll have a better chance at finding a decent girl when you start looking at the smart ones...

Here's the thing... the specific girl being discussed? #1 in her class.

Go figure.

What's happened to the youth today when a teenager's reaction to "a girl who gets around" is "man, I can do better than that?"

When I was in school that just meant once you got a chance it was almost a sure thing.

The question mark in the first sentence confuses me, is the fact that I could get in there considered a good or bad thing by you?

The first sentence is a question, therefore it ends with a question mark. Older usage dictates that punctuation marks fall within the quotation marks, although lately you would see it like so:

What's happened to the..."man, I can do better than that"?

Ah, got it, I had to reread it a couple of times.

I don't know, but ever since I've heard the joke: "Why do some men prefer virgins? You can have this unopened soda. Or this one, that's had seven dicks in it." I've had a bit different view of that stuff. In the case of losing my V-card, I'd rather it be something worth remembering than being that I got with some slag I went to high school. After I get the first time done, everything goes though.

Sure, you don't want to just find a girl who's only notable feature is that she puts out, but you shouldn't confuse that with a girl who's funny, interesting, and enjoys sex. Just because a girl is known to put out shouldn't be an instant deny; see if she's got worthwhile qualities.
