Sunday- Cedar plank grilled salmon, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, stuffed mushrooms, grilled asparagus
Monday- Chick pea curry on basamti rice
Tuesday- Udon noddles with shitake broth and snow peas
Wednesday- Baked spinach with roasted tomatoes, garlic, and baked eggs
Thursday- Spicy chiptole salmon patties with green beans
Friday- Bok choy quesadillas with tomatoes and cheddar

$30.00 total, and $4.00 of that total is just for butter.

Saturday was derby day so I made a huge spread for our party. It was going to be 20ish people, but many canceled Saturday morning, so the 12 that did show up ate like kings.

Fingerfoods:
Homemade cheese dip, homemade salsa, a variety of cookies, chocolate covered homemade marshmellows, mixed nuts, Cadbury candied minieggs (10 cents a bag and my favorite seasonal candy), mixed veggies, and puff pastry.

The main course was Kentucky Hot Browns made in the style of the Brown Hotels dish. I worked with a guy who worked there for a while and made them 1 to 1 except for the turkey being deli, not cooked on site and the cheese being a lower quality.

Desert was provided by two others, pastry with fruit and a whipped cream snickers/apple combination.

Hotbrowns are like Welsh Rarebit but covered in a cheese sauce. Super highly recommended.

Dessert.

I know it's a typo, but that doesn't prevent me from being jerky.

There's a lot of misspelled food items that drive me bonkers. "Sweat Ice Cream", "Chocolate Moose", etc.

Made sloppy joes the other night. Found out the end of my bread was a little fuzzy today. Sloppy spaghetti it is then.
