They delayed it due to the release of The Hobbit, Life Of Pi, Skyfall, Django Unchained and even Cirque Du Soleil: Worlds Away. Also, The Hobbit, Life Of Pi and Worlds Away are 3D films so yet ANOTHER 3D film in that timeframe would have collapsed.Stark wrote:Speaking of ... where's The Great Gatsby? This almost hurts me as much as when Sarah Blair broke up with me in the fifth grade.

I have this on my DVR.Michi wrote:The Foreigner (1978)
Recently saw Night of the Living Dead 3D: Re-Animation (ironically, not in 3D) on Netflix. It's the prequel to the 2006 NotLD remake, which I haven't seen yet.
Liked it. Oh and you may notice shoutouts to the original franchise (the events in NotLD, Dawn of the Dead, Return of the Living Dead, and NotLD '90 are mentioned as dates of noticeable zombie outbreaks (RotLD as a zombie outbreak "in Louisville in '85" and NotLD '90 as taking place 22 years after NotLD, and being much gorier, a nod to how the remake was very gory compared to the original) and it takes place in a fictional town named for the graveyard zombie from the original NotLD, Bill Hinzman (who would later star in, write, direct, produce and edit Flesheater).

JP4 will be released in 2014. Crazy right?BurningDoom wrote:I saw a poster at the movie theater last weekend that was "Jurassic Park 3D", which looked like the original Jurassic Park, in 3D.Luke wrote:Jurassic Park 4 is on its way.
Spielberg is only producing the movie as far as I know, but apparently he's dropped out of a few projects so it is possible he may direct JP4. I know my fingers are crossed.

I'd be willing to bet that the dinosaurs will likely be CGI'ed this time, rather than the awesome looking animatronics of the 90s film, unfortunately.

It will probably be a mix of cgi and animatronics, just like the original.BurningDoom wrote:

I think I'm going to try and catch a screening of Gangster Squad before going to work today (or Tuesday).
Emma Stone is such a fox. Not only is she amazingly talented, with flawless looks and a chillingly sexy voice; but she comes across in interviews as one of the most down-to-earth celebrities I've ever seen. She seems like she'd be great company with some blunts n' beers.
I adored her as Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-man (2012), and Ryan Gosling won me over hardcore with Drive (2011). So even if the movie isn't great (which it supposedly isn't), I'm sure to enjoy it purely for the talent alone.

THE DARK KNIGHT
Love it, but since I ripped on RISES so hard I figured I may as well point out one silly continuity flaw. After Bruce gives his I believe in Dent speech he goes to the balcony of the building and tosses the champagne out of his glass overboard.
Cut to Rachael meeting with Bruce on the balcony, and Bruce's glass has magically been refilled.

What happened to the Joker after Batman jumps out the window to save Rachel? Did he just hang out up there for a while by himself?Luke wrote:THE DARK KNIGHT

After Batman's interrogation scene with the Joker, why did that cop stand guard inside the interrogation room with the Joker?
