An ebay steal - i'm sure the condition shied away many folks, but a determined glance at the pics made me pretty confident the label could be re-applied and the rest appeared to be some embedded dirt/grime, nothing more. So 10 minutes of removing grime and debris on the sticker and it reapplied nicely, then 15-20 minutes w/rubbing alcohol, toothpicks, q-tips and willpower took care of the board.

Including the A board, I got this guy for about $100 under market...and its still running on battery, so i'm super stoked about this one.

I'm finally on break! Meaning I get to go to the thrift shop...
SNES AC Adaptor- $.50
Two Genesis (w/o wires or anything) 4 bucks each
Sega Dreamcast Sports- $15 with wires, two controllers, three sports games, Quake, and some bag to lug it around in. I could have paid less on a different sale day, but my new bud who works there hid it for me so I just took it off her hands.

Nothing awesome, I'm hoping Thursday they'll have some more stuff...

Picked up a few things today. Got Blaster Master CIB with the poster for $13 and Lethal Enforcers for sega in the big box with the Blue gun for $13. Game, manual, and gun in great condition but the big box looks horrible. Also picked up a CIB copy of Champions Return to Arms CIB for PS2 for $20 from Game Stop. Not amazing deals today but at least it was a fun day.

i dunno if this a good deal or not but i got shining wisdom completely mint with free shipping on ebay for $50, i couldnt believe how fast it got to me it was in my mailbox 2 days later. (it shipped from seattle and i live in milwakee so not bad for free shipping) this was the last working designs game for my saturn, i was hesitant to get it for a while since frankly i thought it looked kinda cheesey but i saw this on ebay and it seemed like a really good deal. lemme know if it was or not.

Sonic the hedgehog 1 - $.99

Anyone else buy certain games at the store regardless of how many you have? I bundle the sonic games with sega systems at a decent price point ($20), seems to sell very well.

Not terrible but not awesome either. If it is in super mint then it is probably worth it. Though I think you can often get them for 35-40. So with shipping free it is close.

I have 12 copies of Sonic and 5 of Sonic 2 because the thrift shop I go to sells them for 30cents. If I see more on Thursday, I'd probably buy them...

Shenmue II PAL for DC for $50!

Already shipped less than 12 hours later it's on its way!

Now I can finally see what happens after the first game in Hong Kong (and play more classic Sega arcade games!)

Great Find!
That is sweet, the PAL version is the best with Japanese dialog and English subtitles. Really seems to add to an authentic mood of Shenmue.

Believe it or not I bought mine years ago from a Gamestop right here in the U.S. A stack of them only in one store, maybe the manager got permission to do a trial run to see if imports were marketable.
