Ticked: I'm tired of this attitude everyone has that I should be some kind of over achiever, or "make something of myself." They never seem to realize that I don't want to be anyone big or highly achieving. I want to be average. I want to work in the field with arguably the most menial and straightforward basis in the world- yet they seem to think I need trigonometry, or theater, or physics. (I'll do biology through and through, but I can't freaking stand physics or chemistry. I get nothing from it, as it does not interest me.) I go through a lot of work because it is expected of me, rather than being something I want to do. And I can't stand it! Why is it that anyone smart in this world is expected to be something big and great? Is the way someone feels, or what they want not important?

I feel you bro...

Ticked:
Even after two days, and several hours wasted. I still can't seem to get PSO on the Dreamcast connected to ANYTHING. After screwing around long enough, I got PlanetWeb 3.0 to connect, and even got a custom icon on my VMU. After even MORE screwing around, I managed to get Unreal to finally recognize that the Internet existed.

No matter WTF I do, PSO keeps saying "ISP Information Not Found"!!!

Might just let it rest in peace... or pieces...

How are you going to do Biology without Chemistry?

That's something I hate about those tests: They don't make sense. I could respond in ten different ways and the wordings are strange and meaningless.

Arent the PSO servers down? Like for good? I could be wrong but it's a very old game, I don't think Sega even runs the servers for it anymore.

Interesting Factoid: a friend of mine worked for the company that did Sega.net's and Dreamcast's tech support/ISP, etc. He told me that at one point the authentication 'server' for PSO/Sega.net was a laptop, lol.

That's kind of the point. The way you interpret the questions is just as important as the answers.

AFAIK, there is at least one fan-run server you can connect to so if you feel like playing online, you still can. Same goes for Quake 3, folks still play that online too.

:D My brother found my Revenge of the Nerds T-shirt that I've been looking for. In case you're wondering, it's the one from Fright Rags.

:( Still missing my blue Adventure Time T-Shirt...

 And my limited-edition Hellraiser T-shirt from Fright Rags (which is one of only 500!), which is a LOT harder to replace than my Adventure Time T-Shirt.

:( My sleep cycle's been out of whack lately, with me staying up all night, then falling asleep before noon and getting up around 6:30-7pm. But today, I started the morning by riding my bike to Red Drum (one of the few places open before Conner's Supermarket opens at 8am) and bought something to keep me up. I took a MtDew that I bought and spiked it with an energy shot (also bought), but now I'm still tired but WAY too wired to go back to sleep. Now I'm just trying to keep myself awake until I crash from the caffeine OD.

:( The brakes on my bike are acting up and need to be fixed, and the other two bikes are pretty messed up. One's missing the right pedal but still has that piece that sticks out where it goes, and the chain's kinda worn out and needs to be replaced. And the other, which was recently fixed up slightly, doesn't ride as well and the seat can't be raised so it makes pedaling kinda hard since it's so low. Plus the seat swivels a bit too much.
