DISCLAIMER: I've never played Gals Fighter.
The sad thing about Gals Fighter is that it is impossible to reset the data, therefore given it's priceyness and mild rarity it is almost impossible to find a version that hasn't already had stuff unlocked which bothers my OCD side because the first thing i will do with a game is wipe it clean so I can achieve things myself.

Not that I ever get around to playing my other NGPC fighting games because MOTM simply has so much crammed into it. I'm still to unlock all of the stuff it has after owning it for over three years!
Interesting.

I got Gals Fighter brand new in one of those 4 game blister packs that were doing the rounds a while back. They seem unfortunately hard to find nowadays. I got 2 of the 4-pack blisters and got 8 of the best games on the system for under £30 in total.
Those blister packs now go for over 3 times that amount!

That's pretty nuts, I bet you could buy the console and those 6 games individually for much less than £100.

That wasn't the blister I got though - I got the two 4 packs of games. I actually didn't get any of the 6 games in that eBay auction in my packs, and I actually still don't own most of them now either.

My 4 packs had these in:

Pack 1 -
- Gals Fighters
- Faselei
- Puzzle Link
- Sonic Pocket Adventure

Pack 2 -
- Metal Slug 2nd Mission
- SNK vs Capcom Cardfighters Clash SNK Version
- Dark Arms Beast Buster 1999
- Pocket Tennis Color

played a fair amount of MOTM tonight. Always make it up to that last battle and just get smoked. I'd love to 1CC this thing but it's brutal at the end. #SNKProblems

The 2-1 boss battle or the "real" boss battle? What difficulty are you playing on?

I suggest not playing solo. Tag team or teams is the way to go if you want to unlock everything. You also get more in game dialogue that way, some of it very amusing.

Gave Card fighters Expand Edition a whirl the other day. I was surprised to find it's a totally new adventure. Id always been led to believe that it was just the SNK/Capcom version combined with some extra cards.

oh the 2-1. Bison and Rugal. There's one after that? I can't remember the last time I beat this game.

Playing on whatever the default difficulty is.

Good call. I have been doing solo as I've been playing this week.

I think I'm alone now.

Anyway, I started playing Pocket Tennis Color last night. At first I found it slightly frustrating, because every time the CPU lobbed a ball up high I'd try to slam it and either miss or rocket it into the net. But once I got myself used to the mechanics, it plays great. I won my first tournament. Fun game.

Well my MVS "collection" is up to 11 thanks to a charity auction acquisition!

A question for some of y'all........
I have a few older carts with beat-up labels. The replacements on places like Jamma Nation X and MVS-Scans look excellent but they're way too huge by default. Any resizing tips? Any specific paper and adhesive recommendations?
