This game is for the most part keeping steady around the $50-$60. this is a pretty cool game as it is classified as a haunted house simulator. I stand corrected, I was basing my entry off the GS and Ebay reviews, but for the most part the big reviewers gave it very low scores (around a 2-4/10).

Well talking about Ju-On I was able to pick up a copy from my local GS it was priced at $29.99, I was able to get it for $9 after I used some trade in credits. This copy is in great condition the disk is flawless, and includes both manual and insert.
