It was the 4th one. :?
The topless chick at the end (I won't say which scene but it takes place in a church) was played by Linnea Quigley.

Aside from replacing Patricia Arquette, Tuesday Knight also sang the song at the beginning ("Nightmare"), but that scene's the only place to hear this song as it was never released on cassette or CD.

Hm, I only remember the topless girl being the poster girl that lured that one kid into the waterbed.

I don't remember a 2nd topless scene.

OH do you mean the one that was coming out of Freddy? I was wondering lol.

...so so glad we stuck with Ti West. The Roost was silly. Cabin Fever 2 was the worst movie I've ever sat thru. But House of the Devil was so good that he earned another chance.

The Innskeepers is incredible. Literally scared me. My wife and I are gonna book a trip to the real inn in CT next month.
I still haven't watched The Innkeepers yet. It's been sitting on my Netflix queue forever. I'm a Ti West fan too. Cabin Fever 2 wasn't awful, just butchered in editing. There were plenty of fun gross-out gags, and humorous moments with Deputy Winston (Giuseppe Andrews).
But I also liked Return to Sleepaway Camp... so I dunno.

There were actually people in costume with "Need Hobbit tickets" signs when I arrived at the theater. At Midnight. People in costume (albeit around a half dozen people). Sold out screening open to the public.

Since my ticket was free, the last time I watched the Hobbit I fell asleep, and obviously these guys wanted to see this a lot more than I did, I gave Gandalf a ticket and drove home.

I think I may be avoiding this movie for some reason that I'm not aware of.
