thanks thats my second sonic case.. It's I think off a picture from sonic adventure (I can't remember..) My first sonic case is in the arcade for now. It's sonic from Sonic cd's cover jumping to grab a green (emerald) fan.

Both cases took several days to get the carvings nibbled, filed and touched up correctly.

Now that I think about it, you could get the same effect from a shoe storage cubby. Wouldn't look bad if it was flush against a wall. A while back someone mentioned using a shoe holder that hung on a bedroom door.

ott0bot: Did all the bottles on my desk give that away? Hehe. Those are from one night. It all gets cleaned up by me every morning before work. No maid needed. I'm self sufficient. :)

Oh yeah drinking + gaming is really a bad thing.. unless it's 4 people playing super monkey ball.

I guess shoe holders would work. You would just have to find the right size. I was using plastic shoe boxes before. And they work okay.. They are just a bit too small for somethings like 4 n64 controllers etc...

But why would you want to keep N64 controllers around, anyway?... oooh..burn! Sorry, even the fanboys (myself included) can't defend that system.

My collection not in a pile :)

My collection is based by several key idea's. First off I'd like the Genesis collection to be like an old school rental place. Something for everyone and every genre. Maybe not every game or every version.

Second I love Japanese culture and Street Fighter. I've been to Japan the last 3 years and each time grabbed what I could afford. Vinyl toys and gundam eat yen! VS Capcom fighters and Shooters are my favorites and I have many of the good ones. My rule toward any game over $5 is it has to be good enough to play. Cheap games are a different story. 30 yen for Virtua Athelete? Yup.

Main game collection

DVD/CD Generation Video games and some retro Sega where it fits in. Genesis goodness.

DS, GBA, Videogame OST's, NES/Famicom, Dreamcast, NEC, US Saturn/
Japanese Saturn and random playstation.

LCD setup, Dreamcast, Old sega stuff

Old school set up and video switch

You have the Archie Nights comics? Worst comics ever. But other than that, I'm jealous of your collection all the way around.

EDIT: I can't believe I didn't catch it, but this is my 500th post!

Those Ikea Display cabinets are the best... I've got several of those myself for my Iron Man collection.
