It's a retro gamer's projector for sure, and given the nature of these boards, I too am surprised no one has taken the plunge.
I wouldn't count it out just yet![]()
This one is actually my item so I would like to address a few of your points here. It is compatible with 480i, 480p, 720p, and 1080i signals via composite, s-video, component, or vga. It has an rgb to component cable included which you then use a few dual female end adapters to connect the component cables of say a 360 or ps2 (I'm going to include these for whoever take it). Lag on it is exceptionally low and it always worked extremely well with everything I threw at it for the three years it was in use. It does do 16x9 aspects.
Only major downfalls to the projector is that is slightly short on true hd native resolution at 800x600 and lacks an HDMI input. But still, I think it's plenty good for retro gaming or for the kids to have movie night with on a white wall any with some external speakers. It honestly has some great colors, sharpness, and brightness when not competing with direct sunlight. You can have an indirect window open or lamps on in the evening and still easily get a good picture. I hope someone here will enjoy it but I won't be completely sad if I have to keep it!

I thought it would be less but according to the projector menu it has been used 972 hours. I believe the bulb was rated for 2000+ hours. I just fired it up and it still just as bright as I remembered it so I don't think there has been any major degradation or anything else strange happening to the bulb. I just can't make any guarantees.
*edit* I found an old webpage with some good info on the projector that says the lamp was suppose to be good for 3000 hours. LINK
