Damn, you got PSO 1&2 Plus.

What excatly did they change or add for that one?
There's a few added features. All of the online only quests were added to the game for play offline. GBA downloadable quests are available when it was usually online only. Challenge mode is also added. There's minimal content to really justify the price nowadays, but I got it knowing that the servers would eventually go down. And, I just love the game.

I'm gonna guess that a big PSO fan like Blu got them when they were current. EDIT: Ooops I thought you wrote "charge" not "change"....

Anyhow,

I remember seeing a copy of I&II a few years back for like $35. I decided against it because it was "too expensive." Said the same thing about GameCube Fire Emblem when I found it for an identical price. Whoops!
You should'a got it Bone!
Wah, kind of jealous of those Phantasy Stars :< I probably would be a lot more jealous if I had played a proper PS before though haha (I've only played a bit of PS Universe...)
You can sometimes find Episode 1 & 2 for GameCube. Keep your eyes peeled. PSU is great, and Episode 1 & 2 are fun to play to see some of the influence on the series.

I think really the only thing I'll add to my Gamecube collections is:
Sonic Gems Collection
Sonic Mega Collection
Sonic Adventure DX
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle

That's probably the one GameCube game I feel like I really need to add to my collection.

Billy Hatcher was featured on a recent episode of Game Sack, and it looks like a winner.

You also need Sonic Gems Collection.

If you have a Dreamcast I would just get the original version.

I got that one too! :) I paid like $3 for it from Gamestop in complete condition.

I'll have to take a picture of my small but focused Gamecube collection. I sold off any copies of games that were re-released for Wii such as the Resident Evil games and the New Play Control games. I try to slim down my collection any place that I can. However, I really need to focus in on completing whatever other exclusives that I still want to get before prices get too out of hand.

I think the Legends version of Skies Of Arcadia is worth getting. Reasons why:

+Moonfish side quest.
+Piastol's side story and her numerous boss fights.
+A few new NPCs to converse with.
+Eight new pirate bounties to hunt down.
+24 extra discoveries to uncover.
+A new ultimate weapon.
+An additional ship battle.
+A chance to fight against a new (secret) tough boss.
+The hilarious battle with these creeps.
+Better texturing and light sources.
+Encounter rate is toned down.

Those reasons are why I think the Legends version is worth getting over the vanilla Dreamcast one. I know some people think the GameCube version's music is messed up, but it really isn't a big deal whatsoever. No matter what version you get though, Skies Of Arcadia is an enchanting JRPG and definitely worth playing.
