I'd like to see a real good 2D platformer that isn't Mario, Rayman or a indie puzzle platformer.
Seriously I'm mostly tired of every platformer being either Mario or another puzzle thing.

Duck Tales 3! Make it happen Capcom! Xbox Live Arcade and Wii Ware release (and a real NES cartridge release would be nice, as if this wasn't pipe-dream enough).KDub wrote:I'd like to see a real good 2D platformer that isn't Mario, Rayman or a indie puzzle platformer.

A side-scrolling Insane Clown Posse platformer where you switch between the heavy (but stronger) Violent J, and the lighter and quicker Shaggy 2 Dope (like DKC Returns). There are a multitude of weapons to hack n' slash your enemies (mostly comprised of cops, and bigots) with. Including but not limited to: hatchets (default), axes, chainsaws, and .44's. You can only hold one weapon at a time, and stronger weapons eventually fade - limited ammo/chainsaw fuel.
Jokers Cards like the Ringmaster, Great Milenko, or the Mighty Death Pop are hidden throughout each level, and unlock powerful magic attacks (useful for Boss fights). At the end of the game you finally make it to Shangri-La. Blaze, ABK, Madrox, and Monoxide are unlockable characters; Hatchetmen are 1up's, but continues are infinite because wicked clowns never die.
Comes with original OST recorded by the entire Psychopathic Family, a big box, and a high-quality art book. PS3/Wii-U exclusive. 3DS version coming soon.

Spells in Morrowind are very open to adjustment, if my memory serves correctly.o.pwuaioc wrote:I had heard this, but I had heard that it was very limited, and usually focused on certain effects, like range. Is it instead full on magic combining?
You can select if spells are on-touch or ranged (and how much range they have), duration, damage range, and area-effect size.
So you could have a fire/ice ball that shoots 20 feet, has a damage duration of 15 seconds, has an area-effect of 5 feet, and the fire and ice effects each have a 5 to 15 point damage variant.
Of course, you'd have to be able to A) afford the cost of the spell in MP, B) have enough money to pay a spell-maker to create the spell, and C) have a good success rate for the spell.
Morrowind has a lot of spells. Here's a list. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Spell_Effects

Yeah, that's still only affecting the the attributes of the spell, not the spell itself... I want more.Opa Opa wrote:Spells in Morrowind are very open to adjustment, if my memory serves correctly.o.pwuaioc wrote:I had heard this, but I had heard that it was very limited, and usually focused on certain effects, like range. I just prefer to read.Gamerforlife wrote:Luddites
If I made a Zelda game with voice acting you would all wonder why it's never been done before.
In fact, I'd retool a bunch of things in that boring franchise
