Secret of Mana is still incredibly easy - the only challenge comes from keeping teammates alive while they get stuck on rocks or whatever. If you want a cool SNES action RPG, Tales of Phantasia and Star Ocean are cool.
I dont know much anout rpgs , but am not looking for a super hardcore one with 100000 random encounters that will take 150hrs to complete the main quest. but ill watch reviews of the games you mentioned, even though your opinion is not shared by many if any

Don't tell me it's been delayed. I'd be pretty annoyed at that...

It's been delayed 2 or 3 times now, if I remember correctly. I know I've received at least 2 emails from Amazon about it.

I see...well so long as it actually comes out then.

I wish I could use Amazon for situations like this, sort of as a way to keep posted.

There's a difference between delayed by the publisher and delayed on Amazon. Lots of prerelease games don't get a release date so Amazon makes a best guess, and if that guess looks to be wrong they'll push things back.

I'm going to check this game out when it releases. It looks interesting from what I've read and seen. I hear some people on the forum bash it, but I think my tastes differ from theirs. I hear things like worst than FF XIII and not as amazing as Xenoblade. Well, I rather enjoyed FF XIII, flawed though it was, and I've not found Xenoblade to be even remotely as amazing as people say it is. It's probably one of the most overrated titles of the year so far.

Don't get me wrong, it's an enjoyable game. However, the combat system is rather boring compared to something like FF XIII, there are too many annoying, bland side quests, and the game suffers from a bad save system (you only get three slots) and very clunky inventory management. I actually had more fun with FF XIII than I'm currently having with Xenoblade. It's Xenoblade's story, characters, and soundtrack that really stand out. Those are the things I'm enjoying about it, and are truthfully, the only reasons I'm still playing it

At the moment, FF XIII-2 is the best rpg I'm playing

I may be just a biased, FF fanboy, but I find very few jrpgs that ever managed to be as fun as FF games are for me, even flawed ones like FF XIII. Only ones that come to mind are Grandia, Skies of Arcadia, and strategy rpgs like Jeanne D'Arc and Valkyria Chronicles

No dude, you don't understand. I LIKED FF XIII. I played it to the end and enjoyed every moment of it and never got why it was attacked so much. But believe me the last story is shit. It has COVER mechanics in combat. You don't choose your attacks or what your partners are doing, you just point the control stick at the enemy you want to attack and it auto attacks. You use first person mode to aim and shoot the main character's crossbow. It's BAD.

That's without mentioning how bland and boring the protagonists and story are.

So... who bought the US release of this game and recommends it?

supplies seem to be dwindling, and amazon is still selling it directly.
