Sold mine for the cash money. Friend broke his and needed a new one, and I had played pretty much everything I wanted too, it was a worthwhile experience.alienjesus wrote:Wii? You can buy All-stars for a hard copy.

Picked up Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2x for the Xbox complete for $3.01 on Ebay. Loved this suggestion given all the added content, plus (if applicable) it works on the 360.

Which is better? And why did a PS1 era game come out on the XBOX?TEKTORO wrote:retrosportsgamer wrote:Picked up Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2x for the Xbox complete for $3.01 on Ebay. Loved this suggestion given all the added content, plus (if applicable) it works on the 360.

The Xbox version is way better. It includes all the maps from THPS 1 and 2. Has much better graphics, runs at from what I can tell a stable 60fps, and had minor changes to the levels.

Re: 2012 Together Retro Calendar
My best guess is that the oXbox had a lot of owners who had previously been PC-exclusive gamers, and who had never played a THPS game before. The oXbox is not backwards compatible with anything (obviously), so the only way to catch up those owners was to re-release the old THPS games. After all, the DC had the first two, and the PS2 was b/c with them, so why should the oXbox be the only system (besides GCN) that had no access to the originals?o.pwuaioc wrote:Which is better?
