To be honest, I think the old boy needed to be put down awhile back anyway. I love MM as much as the next guy, but the glory days were over long ago.

Well...this makes me very sad. Not mad or upset or betrayed. Just sad.

I have only played precious few games that evoked as great a sense of pure joy and fun as the Megaman Legends titles. I was really hoping to feel that way one more time.

Yeah, they could stop teasing us though. But with Keiji Inafune gone, it is best that they do the least amount possible with Mega Man from here on, as well as their other IP's ... oh too late, we've got like 5 Resident Evil titles in development at the same time right now. Whoopie!!

And yeah that $2 demo is such a low blow, hot damn I feel bad for people that bought a 3DS for this.

Well, if they don't want to make the game after all, oh well, I guess. But I see no reason not to make the prototype available to the public.

Nah, as long as inticreates is allowed to handle Megaman from here on out, the 2D games are in fine hands. The Megaman Zero series was every bit as epic as the X series was before it went South.

I will admit: I bought a 3DS for Legends 3. I honestly do not understand why Capcom has cancelled the game this far into development. I am interested to find what 'criteria' the game failed to meet.

Exactly how I feel. After always wanting to play them I picked up the first game two years ago. I haven't had as much fun with a game since. That game lived up to all of my expectations. I was so happy to hear the Mega Man Legends 3 announcement. This is so sad to me.
