Well, the idea to have a 'gathering' first was probably a good idea. Seems like most of the vocal members are over in your neck of the woods that were up for it.

I think it's a grand idea, and you shouldn't bury it just yet. I'd be willing to make the trip.

You were the guy with the FUCKING AWESOME SEGA LOGO SHIRT THAT I WANT TO STEAL OFF OF YOUR DEAD CORPSE AND KEEP FOR MYSELF........Oh yeah, you also introduced me to Riding Bean and Gunsmith Cats so thanks!
Still haven't had any luck getting a cheap copy, the $15 one I was going to get ended up having been sold by the parents of the person I was going to buy it from.
Yea, your not the only one who wants that shirt, i just tell people
to go on ebay and get thier own.
But yea, Riding Bean i got for 7 bucks on AnimEgo, and Gunsmith Cats
i got from goozex.com. Goozex is basicly a place to get stuff on a point system
but a lot cheaper to get than going on ebay and getting them. Dont even bother going
on ebay to get it, your going to pay way to much, with how much i spent to get GSC on goozex,
was like 5 or 6 bucks on points spent. But the only downside is you have to wait till someone
has something available to get, and your in a wait list too. Right now im waiting on all 3 collectors
volumes of Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 and ill get an email stating if i want them i have up to 24 hours
to get it. So thats how it basicly works.
Im not sure the wait for GSC but the sooner you get your name in the better, unless you can find it at a flea market
or an area that sells used dvds that the owner is oblivious to the prices too.
Surprisingly, my lil bro likes both Riding Bean and GSC, regardless that he makes fun of me being a <bigger> anime fan, ill show him
stuff i know he will like. End of Evangelion... wasnt one of those things, but at least he can say he saw Eva, and say how much he hated the last half
of the series LOL.

Re: RacketCon 2010
I would be willing to drive a day to get to this meetup if it lasted at least a whole day. If it was a casual get-together, I might have to suggest that there be a meetup location for Racket members in New England/Northeast USA. It would be a lot more convenient for me if it was just beer/pizza/games.
Got: Atari 2600, Atari 7800Pro, Commodore 64, Odyssey 2, Sega Master System, NES, Genesis Models 1-3, Nomad, Game Gear, Sega CD Model 1, Sega 32x, SuperNES, GameBoys, GameBoy Pocket, GBC, Sega Saturn Model 2, GBA, Nintendo 64, Playstation, Sega Dreamcast, Playstation 2 Slim, Nintendo DS Lite, Xbox 360, Gamecube, PS3 Slim
Re: RacketCon 2010
i'll throw together a meetup for us midwesterners around a con in chicago or indianapolis if you all are serious about it.
