thanks anapan, i had no idea you could play tyrian on PSP. I wasted countless hours on this game on PC "back in the day"

Need FreeMCboot? I'll install it on your PS2 Memory Card for free if you cover postage both ways.
Consoles: I have too much stuff
Arcade: No seriously, I have too much stuff. Someone grab a shovel and dig me out of my basement.

IRShell actually has quite a few other cool features, though the silly remote control feature seems to be what 90% of youtube videos focus on. It's sad what little it takes to amaze some people.vlame wrote:wtf, there is one but it only works on 1.5 cfw and phat psp only.vlame wrote:i wonder if someone could make an app to use your psp as a univeral remote, lol, that would be cool.
Yeah, I can turn things on with the PSP! Woopee!! Sooo useful, especially since I don't already have remote controls that can do that
There's some great stuff on the homebrew scene, but far too much of it focuses on gimmicky crap(remote control features)or derivative. Oh look, yet another homebrew game that is a complete and total ripoff of a well known popular game
Sorry, didn't mean to rant there. Just been noticing some annoying things as I delve deeper into the PSP homebrew scene

I use Bookr standalone. I spent some time trying to find the best fixed width font to use in it and ended up with ProFontWindows.ttf at size 11

best monospaced font for FAQ viewing I've found.
There's more good homebrew stuff listed here:
