I think you guys have a solid sound going for you but like Moz said, it feels like it's missing a layer or something. Like if you put some light synth/organ keyboards in there, it'd sound good I think.
You have a good range in your voice; I think your medium~high range sounds best and your lower range while good should be used more sparingly - and some backing vocals would compliment nicely.
The only other thing I can think of that would sound better would be just a bit quicker tempo in general just to give more energy overall (not that it sounds somber or anything).
Good stuff man. I wouldn't be surprised if you guys got signed. :)

People here say they want extra layers, but be careful. The trend in modern music is to record something pristine such that live concerts often end up sounding like also-ran versions of the tracks on the CD. I may be a holdout in some regards, but I'm very supportive of not recording anything you can't reliably reproduce without pre-recorded backing tracks or more than very modest keyboard programming.

Man i totally agree with you 100%

we discussed about that alot in pre-studio arrangement and while in the studio. We all agreed as a whole that we wanted our live show to equal the album versions, and so multi multi multi layering was scratched . The guitar player and I were in a previous band called Waiting For Isaac , and all three of our studio albums were layered several times and with about 6 different guitar amps and strings and keys. And we ended up having to have a computer set up on stage running through the system to run backing tracks with strings and keys to give us that really huge sound (huge pain in the butt)

We wanted to achieve a 70's raw rock sound and too much layering would defeat that purpose

Just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for taking the time to download our album, and to critique us. We were excited that we were able to give it away for free.
Thanks guys :)

Sounds good from what I have listened to, but I have a few business trips coming up that I'll make sure and make some time for it. One side note, do you have album art, so it looks pretty on my MP3 player?

After listening awhile, I really like it. Easy to listen to for fans of Arena/Big Hair rock......please though. You must do a "Ghost of the Navigator" (Iron Maiden) cover. It sounds like you can hit those notes no problem....no easy task.
