am I the only one that thinks playing fighters on a pc is strange? Personally I'm going for a 360 version (xbl ftw) with a nice stick. As for the specs I could easily run this on my laptop! (alienware)

Why on earth is it strange? From a high level, there's not much difference between a console and a PC (both are just a CPU, video card, RAM, and bits to connect them and pass information between them). A PC will let you run games, and the PS3 will let you run desktop Linux (so will the XBox1, PS2, Dreamcast, etc, etc).

More to the point, a PC is closer in spec to the SF4 arcade system than any home console. If you want to be pedantic about it, the PC will be the most "arcade accurate" port due to architecture similarities.

And personally, I'm planning on getting the Hori Pro 360 stick for use on the PC. Good fun should be had by all...
