How does it make you feel when Microsoft calls you the "extremely rare defect" in an otherwise flawless batch of 360's?

when i heard stories of xbox crashing and red rings, I always thought the user must have done something wrong; wasn't ventilated, overheating or there games were scratched up. Then mine starts randomly freezing even on start-up then finally the 3 red rings. I wonder if we'll get an actual number of consoles going bad.
