Today's processors have increased in speed so rapidly. Unfortunately, humans finger speed has not! ImageSpeed is nice, yes, but at a price.

El Viento isn't particularly expensive, but it can be hard to come by - especially the US version, which I think nobody purchased because of the horrid cover art.

Yup, the cover art is totally horrible.
