The comic will be 2 years old in January

About the server... this is something that has been happening for months. Every time I put in a trouble ticket by the time they respond the site is up and they say nothing is wrong... I am at a loss and am ready to switch servers once my contract is up.
I cant figure out how to prove to them the sites go down, I even took screenshots and that did not convince them since there was no errors logged on the server.... I even make a comic about that too:

haha, the concept of the missing piece character is great. keep it up, very well done comic (polished as all hell, very professional)

ha... now that i got a little backstory and character profiles it makes more sense, and is more enjoyable. i read the long one in the first post, and thought they were looking for the missing peice. i didnt put together that the missing piece was a character.
