So I found this Mega Drive game at the flea market.

I'm waiting for Thunder Force VI being released in Japan later this year. It sucks that Japanese games are so expensive (compared to the US anyways). Most games that come out this late in the PS2's life will cost $29.99 or 39.99 but Thunder Force VI is going to cost 59.90 via Play Asia and I know the yen equivalent isn't that far off. I think I'm also a SHMUP infant, as I never particularly make much progress in the ones I've played, but I still like them a lot.
