finally got a copy of dragonforce at a decent price, but...

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Then people just look at me weird.
That actually happens to me too....I work at an art school, and sometimes the young-ins just don't know about the good ol' 32-bit days. Guitar Hero is corrupting the youth!

Hey fellas, this is a retro game site.....not a forum for people who worship cheesy over the top guitar solos. You know that, right?
Hah! I didn't say I liked the band. I have to admit, they are freaking hilarious to listen to.
indeed they are, but are also get on my nerves. If you're going for guitar shreding and game music combo there is band here called The Minibosses who do all Nintendo cover songs. Yes like the Advantage and many others, but they have been doing it since the mid-90's or so. They shred on Mega Man 2 and Castlevania . Funny stuff.

I actually like those over the top guitar solos, but it's everything else I don't like much. I kind of wish they'd just do solos and leave out all the vocals. LOL. Cheesiness is sort of typical of most power metal bands. Some are kind of cool though

I have had a copy of DragonForce for ages and still haven't played it yet. Too many games I want to check out, there's always a few I never get around too. It looks awesome though.
