Maybe it's been done, but I also vouche for Racketboy.

Installed one of his chips in my Model 2 32-pin and haven't had a single issue. He's a great guy to deal with.

My 2 cents.

I ordered a mod chip myself but I found the order form via search engine. Are they still available? I was just wondering because you don't seem to be able to get to the order page from the main page....hoping it's not an outdated link page.....

Heh heh, so when are you shipping them? :D I'm sure there's an order or two (like mine)

If you ordered before 4pm eastern US time, they have been shipped.
If in the last few hours, they will ship tomorrow morning.

No I ordered mine last Thursday, just getting anxious to get my Saturn up and running. BTW, great site, sir, I used the Genesis article you linked to and got my $10 Genesis that didn't come with an RF box or a/v cable up and running with nice composite video and stereo sound. Here is my quickie step by step

Add me to the list of satisfied racketboy customers. Modchip arrived today, popped it in, two quick solders and Mortal Kombat Trilogy was up and running ;). In fact, rb had packaged it so well that at first I didn't see it and almost freaked thinking I had been shipped an empty envelope xD But it's here, works perfectly, fits perfectly I didn't have to file it or anything, just be firm and press straight down when plugging it in. And I am now a new rb customer.
