i really love the way you have the shelves set up, looks great! are those computer speakers loud enough though? i see the sub, but it still looks like it would be a bit on the quiet side

Haven't been here in a while. It has been a crazy summer. The speakers work great for my needs. Obviously something a little louder would be nice, but I live in a duplex and my neighbors would probably complain.
Also, here is my latest addition. I got it for 99 cents plus shipping
Here is the
auction link for anyone interested.

The SNES box was $15 with all the inserts and the Genesis box was $10. They seemed like more than fair prices to me.

I managed to clean up the spots on the box with a little Goo Gone. They came right off. I swear by this stuff. Here is an updated picture.

Wow thats a good deal for the NES Action set. I sold mine for 50 plus shipping a few months back. Alot of boxed stuff in you collection which really adds to the value. Any idea if you're snes or genesis are the actual models that would have came in that box?

Plus it looks almost new so 99 cents for a mint condition ANYTHING is good. Plus it looks even better without that gunk on it. Not to thread hijack but, I picked up Warioware: Touched just recently and the price tag left some sticky mess on the front and side of it. Would the Goo Gone take that off without any damage?

The Genesis is the correct model. The SNES I'm thinking probably not. It is a later model that is missing the latch inside that would lock the first cartridges into the system when the power button is slid in the on position. I might try and see if I can get one that has that, but I figured since it has virtually no yellowing I can't be too picky.

No problem with the question. Goo Gone is actually made to do just that. I recommend just dipping a Qtip into the Goo Gone and then rubbing it on the sticker residue. Then let it sit for a minute or two and it should rub off.

Ok Thanks! I guess I'll have to pick some up later.

I usually use lighter fluid to get off the glue left by stickers. Just dab a little bit on there and it comes right off. Hasn't failed me yet.
Careful around open flames though. =P
