I remember the SNES version. Solid, but completely unoriginal. Basically Street Figher with ninja turtle characters. Great game if that's all you're looking for.
I say Nay. The game was interesting but unimpressive. The mechanics weren't particularly solid, gameplay was a little loose and inaccurate, and animation was kinda poor. Frankly, it was a lost opportunity. It's not a bad game per se, but it's definitely not a very good one.
