I can play Tetris or Doom (the old classic, not the new one) and have a perfectly coherent phone conversation. I haven't tested much outside of Tetris and Doom, however.

ugh, not me. I have been on the phone playing an RPG and when I noticed what was happening on screen I always seem to be running in an endless circle.
