Just as a confirmation of how it works, it's in here. It indeed saves to SRAM, then backs it up on starting another game / power-up.

Finally all 8 Game Boy Wizardry entries are in English...
Re: Finally all 8 Game Boy Wizardry entries are in English..
As nightrnr pointed out, for some reason they reordered the games in Japan for the console releases. Which would have required some minor story changes, as Knight of Diamonds explicitly uses the same party as the previous game (and requires an import in the original PC release), whereas Llygamyn just uses the descendants and gives you level 1 characters.Exhuminator wrote:I mean okay, I was just going off GameFAQs listing:MrPopo wrote:I think your last three images are misordered; it should go Proving Grounds, then Knight of Diamonds, then Legacy of Llygwhatever, as those are the first three Wizardry games.

Another clarification,
can you skip the sram backup to memory card, if desired?
The Easy Flash IV (GBA flash cart) lets you do that, but I don't know about other carts.
...just another lost soul...

That I'm not sure about. I know that the Mega Everdrive has an option to disable SRAM saving, but I don't know if the GB one does.
