So how about this as a potential format:
-- A Racketeer with a setup and experience (like Popo or Bogus) streams on Twitch
-- while two or three other Racketfolk sit in and carry the brunt of the chitchat responsibility
-- with one of those chatters ideally being knowledgeable or having done research on the game to help structure the conversation
-- and afterwards, we release the audio of the Twitch as a podcast port, doubling our output and extending our audience with minimal work.
This kind of format would combine the technical/informational angle marurun is proposing, while concentrating the long-haul responsibility of chemistry on talkers who will not necessarily have to do any special preparations. It also removes a lot of the "how do we even do this" hurdles by relying on experienced streamers.
I mean, we could basically do this right now, as it is. We could always refine things later, make the podcast into its own separate entity, come up with more topical streaming ideas or more varied host/guest rotations... but for the time being, we could just start generating content and get the ball rolling.
Is the RB community interested in creating a new podcast?

I'll tentatively chit-chat. Honestly I enjoyed what I listened to, but having almost no connection to the content I usually ignored.
My friend has done a couple of twitch streams. I was on the phone with him until I joined the stream and stopped talking at him while he played.
Barring my usual not-participating thing I got going, I'd totally put on a good gaming headset and occasionally-comment on gameplay.
