Audio is almost always located on the outer edges. There's usually a core of data near the center, and Tracks 2 through X fill up the rest. Turbo Duo/PC Engine games are an exception, in that they have a redundant data track at the outside as well. I'm wanting to say that Albert Odyssey was one of the games that used redbook audio, so if it didn't impact a major file, that's probably why you were able to get through it. There's also a lot of ECC correction going on with disc media, so the flaws may be fixable on the fly.
One of the cool things about ISOBuster is that it can tell you which files are busted on the disc.
EDIT: And yup, it's a redbook audio game. 36 minutes worth. So...around 24 "minutes" are the data since the disc clocks in just over 600 MB. So that's a pretty sizable chunk for the data portion.
