Make sure you get the PS3 version. The 360 version is... lesser.

Can't say enough good things about Vanquish. A unique experience that, to my knowledge, I haven't seen anyone do since. It's a bit on the short side, but you can go back and try to get high scores in each chapter which gives it an arcade type of feel to it. And the over the top military characters are fun. Two thumbs way up for it.

Well, the Lords of Shadow games are a reboot in general. It does copy from other games/series, but so have other highly enjoyable games, and the production values are top notch.

Main thing, as I tend to say when it comes up, is that it's a fairly long game for the type, and takes a while to get going (including some tedious mechanics early on that get abandoned as they're replaced with magic). Seems like a common one for people to judge/abandon early, before it really comes into its own.

360 version's frame rate is not as consistent. 360 version has lesser shadow quality. The LOD modeling in PS3 version is better optimized. PS3 version has more vibrant colors for some reason. 360 version is prone to screen tearing, whereas the PS3 version doesn't have that issue. The PS3 was the lead platform and you can just tell.

"We're leading development on PS3," says director Shinji Mikami. "Obviously each console has its own unique requirements and limitations, but we feel if we can create a good enough presentation on PS3, we'll be off to a good start."

There is also Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls both can be found for pretty cheap if your into more story driven games and don't mind a lot of QTEs. Heavy rain is definitely the better of the two although it has a really slow start that can be a slog to get through.

They're good picks for Playstation exclusives, but they do have PS4 remasters (and he lists Heavy Rain already).

Generally though, I'd agree, solid things to have in a PS3 library.

Ah I didn't notice that I don't keep up to much with digital only releases :P.

Another couple exclusives that I didn't notice on your list were Heavenly Sword and Lair. Heavenly Sword is great if you like hack and slash as long as you don't mind a few clumsy motion control games. Lair looks awesome but I never got around to playing it I believe the biggest issue the game had was six axis controls but I think they gave you the option to turn those off in a later patch.
