I have an iPhone and I've used:

The CLZ Games
The Sort It Apps one
The Game Vault one

They each have their drawbacks, but I'd say my favorite (and the one I update) is the CLZ Games one. Its database is more complete than the other 2 I used though (even though there are missing games from CLZ, you can add any game manually). Sometimes CLZ only has the European box art too. One thing I don't like about CLZ is it sometimes has a long description of the game that I can't seem to delete.

The really annoying feature of the Sort It Apps one is that IGN Score is a default field that you can't seem to delete.

I just got it. It also has a barcode scanner for entering games (!) Nice. All my games from the site show up here.

That would be nice if I had a post-2003 cell phone.

Really I have never bothered with apps I just have a pretty solid memory of what is and isn't in my collection. Never really liked the idea of pulling out a cell phone while browsing games anyways kind of makes you look like a reseller which can make some people really sour.

I have a good idea of what's in my collection with one huge exception: the second generation.

"Oh look, RealSports Boxing! Wait, do I already have that game? Or was that regular Boxing? Shit."
"Frogger on Intellivision! Nice! Wait a minute, I certainly own Frogger already. But is it on ColecoVision? Son of a mother!"

As mentioned, I have an ancient cell phone, but I have gone shopping for games with a printed list.
