Under Defeat Vs. Zero Gunner 2

Both are awesome shooter. Both exudes coolness. But I am a more traditional shmups player so I have to go with the majority and give a slight nod to Under Defeat. I love the reimagined water stage, which apparently has been done to death by many other games in the past. My favorite thing about the game is definitely the explosions, both visually and acoustically. I my opinion, no other shmups has the explosion sound that is comparable to Under Defeat. If you don't belief me, then hook it up to a receiver with a good subwoofer and you will be in for a treat. Damn, this makes me want to go and play it again. I think I am gonna get reacquainted with my Dreamcast later tonight.

Whilst Under Defeat looks spectacular, i'm having a real hard time getting to grips with the control system. It just feels really awkward to use compared to Zero Gunner 2.
