Sega cd ISO's?????

If I ever have problems, its with an ISO/MP3. I can't recall a time I didn't like BIN/CUE.
I like to have an exact copy of my games as opposed to compressed audio on a ISO/MP3

I like to have stored backups of games I really like, I have have copies of lots of games I really like, such as metal slug, radiant silvergun etc in case my disks go bad. And I keep them on one disk so I dont have to go looking all over. Honestly, I never could figure out bin+cue ripping, I think clonecd or Alcohol 120% is better anyways for perfect copies, I just use clone cd, its perfect.

If i was to make a backup of my original radiant slvergun, would it work on my saturn?
or must it be modded ?

Modded for sure. Unless you wanna kill the motor that spins the disc with the swap.
