First, follow the movement around the circle and you will see that the empty position is rotating.

Next, stare at the + in the center and you will start to see a green PacMan running around the circle eating dots.

Ok, it's not a PacMan, it's a green dot that is the complimentary colored after-image of the lilac dots.

Fascinating. I did not know about this.

I have a related interest in emotion words that other cultures have that we don't have. I think that it shapes their perception of life to be different than ours or other cultures without those words.

The Dutch have a word called Gezellig, which sort of means cozy or homey, but there isn't a pure English translation that captures its true meaning.

The Germans have a word called Schadenfreude, which is the feeling you get when taking pleasure in another person's pain. Leave it to the Germans to come up with a word like that. heh.
