Minneapolis is 2-hours South. Minneapolis is a very good city, hip, liberal, self-aware - the bicycling capital of the US. It is what Seattle thinks it is.

I don't know if claiming to be more liberal than Seattle is a good thing. :P

Might look into joining you a bit, though it'll be earlier for me (my weekend starts Wednesday night, though I could sneak some gaming in on work days for Sat/Sun)

This makes me sad that I don't own SMW2. Can't be emulated on the SD2SNES either :( Maybe I'll be masochistic enough to try to sub in Lost Levels for that.

Is it wrong that I've never beaten Mario 64? I just... never got into N64. I stopped gaming after SNES and never really got back into it until PS2, save a few fighting game weekends my freshman year of college on PS1. I mean, I have an N64 and a copy of Mario 64, but I just don't have the nostalgia bringing me into it so I always end up bored and going back to NES or SNES when I want my Mario fix.

In my opinion, if you were to miss any generation of video gaming, that would be the one to miss.

Its a crime that you don't own SMW2 though. You should really fix that, the game is gorgeous!

I'm with you on both of those. Don't get me wrong, the N64 era of gaming had some good games, but a lot of them are just... no.

And yeah... SMW2 is on my list of "Stuff I should really really get", as is SMRPG... just gotta find them at decent prices on the forum. Don't want em bad enough to pay ebay scalper prices.

Mario 64 is awesome. Really set the standard for 3D platforming.

I still need SMW2 myself. I can grab it locally for $35 and tax, but have been holding out hope to get one for $25-ish. If I can't track one down tonight i'll hit up the local shop tomorrow after work.

Don't you have a Wii U? Why not just download it for $5 from the eShop?

Oh and are you going to use the projector at all for any of this fun!? 100" Mario 64 would be awesome!
