I hope you are not degrading missed better video outputs for some of your systems. Really, research the best video output of every console and movie player. Then evaluate what inputs your TV supports, match the inputs and switch boxes accordingly. Yes, you will need multiple switchboxes for the various connections.

HDMI>Component>SVideo>Composite>RF

Any hardware store can sell you a long power strip with lots of space between each outlet. Here's an example of what I mean:

I used to have about 10 connected at a time, but due to lack of space and what I really play mostly have four at a time.

My reply seems to have been moved into its own thread (I think) but the general principle of my reply was to have an AV receiver do all your switching ( Denon 1909 or Onkyo 606 are the two I have used). You should easily be able to connect all your consoles (admittedly some may have to be via composite) but you can have them upconverted to an HDMI which reduces the amounts of cables running to your Tv/ projector.

You will also get the the added bonus of having great sound output!
