I use turbo lister and just create a template with it unchecked. I've had problems with the GSP in the past, mainly due to buyers being pissed that I can't change the invoice to offer discounted shipping.

Yeah I hate that garbage too. I forgot to untick it or it redid it since ebay will save those settings from the last item you sold and then my Demons Crest SNES game ended up going to Canada through that despite having my no-US buyers thing enabled so I'm not even sure how the hell that worked. Seems it made it fine up there and pretty fast given it went a little east to Erlanger KY and then up that way. I've since gone back and unchecked it again as I don't like stressing over that junk as it's not worth having the larger market to sell for over it especially on an expensive item.

There's a ton of markered up notes and circles on it - i believe they claimed it was something with the guy's address, although PayPal had it verified and he received international packages all the time.

I only changed this sale to international when he messaged me privately with a very good offer, which incented me to change the sale and make it a buy it now.

I'm out the original shipping but just having the chance to re-sell it domestically is a relief.

Is it just the timing of it, or is it intentional ebay suggestive mail harassment with the GSP sales setup? I find when I disable that I start getting ebay mails trying to talk up the program, or I get a reminder that I couldn't save 20% in fvf fees for blocking that, and each load of my panel shows I have X errors for not having it active too.

They're complete badgering pricks about that. They must realize some people have no interest in selling outside their own country since they know ebay well enough won't back a seller in a perspective scam situation if the buyer can come up with even some half baked story and shady excuse to win.
