Am I the only one who'd like another Unreal campaign? lol

Have just played through the original in co-op(second time beating it), it hasn't aged well. And Unreal 2 was a let down.

Don't say that. I just got those both on sale at GOG a while back. I never knew the campaign could be played co-op.

Just get use to all badguys being bullet sponges and if you die you start at the beginning of the map with the peashooter.

You just have to startup a multiplayer match from the menu and in gametype choose coop. Note which map you end on and youll be fine (they are sorted alphabetically in the coop map selection). Oh, you might want a second computer near by to check if you get lost/stuck. It really hates alt/tab when hosting.

If you are in co-op, yes. Singleplayer, you don't respawn.

Huh, I played Unreal Gold just 2-3 years back and really enjoyed it.

I would had hoped that they could just sell this one rather than releasing it as free-to-play. I know they've made promises to not have micro-transactions in this game, but I still feel a little uncomfortable with the free-to-play model in general. Many free-to-play titles are region-locked, which sucks for people in Eastern Europe, Russia, India, East Asia and Oceania in particularly.

I still don't like having to pay for maps and mods. I'd rather just pay for the game beforehand and have it in my library along with my other games.

All it is really is user-made DLC packs.

I agree, but if it works like TF2, its not all that bad.
