I'm really glad that Nintendo is localizing this one.

I'd be happier if they were localizing Dragon Quest VII. Maybe that's just me though.

The new game looks interesting, a little confused as to what the actual gameplay is supposed to be.
So essentially you place miis into your town, give them personality attributes and watch them interact with others in whacky dramatic fashion. There are mini games to play, and I am guessing you can tell your character to go and do stuff (that I am not entirely sure about). What I get is a bit like the Sims meets Seaman with mini-games thrown in for good measure.

No, that's me as well believe me.

The DS DQ games and several other Nintendo published localizations weren't done in house so it's not like the announcement of Tomodachi Life has any bearing on DQVII.

They are probably saving that for E3.

Thanks for that. Sounds like it'd be more fun to watch than play, but at least it's an original idea to an extent.

Nintendo chose to publish SQEX's Bravely Default in the USA, I don't see why they can't do that with DQ7 also.

Yeah I definitely see this game as a really fun and whacky diversion. will it change lives or be a system seller..absolutely not, but I think it has the right level of quirky charm to get me through. My wife thinks I am crazy.

I'm just glad to see other folks appreciating the greatness that is the Virtual Boy.
