It was only released in Japan and it's not that common in Japan so it'll run you quite a bit.
Good news is that the emulation is pretty good so you can at least play the X68K games before you go hardware hunting.

I've always wanted one for the arcade ports, mostly, but there are a ton of RPGs that interest me for it too, like After Armageddon.
Wait, isn't the X68000 game called Last Armageddon or am I thinking of something else altogether?
Woops. Yes, it is Last Armageddon.

Actually (according to Wikipedia) there's a sequel called After Armageddon, so you're not too far off.

I would've liked to see some footage of the OS...I'm assuming it has an OS, anyway, since it's a computer. Or do the games work by just putting the disks in and booting the system up?
Yes you can boot the games by putting the disks in before you power it up or you can put 'em in while it's on and press RESET. The OS looks very DOS-like and I never had to deal with it. I just saw it as games booted. This is how gaming computers should be. The OS is called Human68K and it's made by Hudson Soft, makers of Adventure Island 2 for the GameBoy.

After Armageddon Gaiden is the "sequel" on the Sega CD. I just hypercorrected the original's title.

Question: I picked up the Japanese release of Castlevania Chronicles the other day, and it has the option for the three different sound modes upon starting Original Mode, but does the US version not have that option? The way Akumajou Dracula was covered in the video it sounded like it was absent from the US release.
