I wouldn't be expecting anyone to own titles across multiple platforms at all, hence it being one of the reasons we have this weekly vote. The system with the most people per game wins out.
This will help people who may acquire the game just to participate regularly, in knowing what to get it on. Catering to everyone's specific needs is just not possible, there will always be someone with the oddball game for another system than the others, and we will just do our best to cater to as many as possible.

If we wanna add a default system or 'dedicated' system to stick to and always pursue as a 1st option (granted the games chose are on that system to begin with)... I'd probably suggest PS3 for a number of reasons- PSN is free unlike XBL, it has long been the 'tournament standard' for many fighting games and PS3 accepts a good many more out of the box peripherals than the other consoles (except perhaps PC).

But if someone else has a counter to that opinion, I am completely open to discussion for any and all of it. Which is why we need to iron a lot of this format out before we jump into it :)

Come at me bros

I'll jump in on occasion if/when I can. I can play PS3 or 360, but last time this was a thing it was almost always PS3

another way to do it is just vote on game regardless of platform. If say, Infamous wins - then all the guys who have it on PS3 can play it on PS3. The guys who have it on Steam can play there. The guys who have it on 360 can play that. (?)

That's one that is on PS4, too :)

Are you just making up a game title as an example or did Infamous become a non-PS exclusive multiplayer fighting game when I wasn't looking? :?

PS3 would get my vote for a default system, seeing as I have a pretty wide range of fighters for that. I don't have Xbox Gold either, and my Steam collection of fighters is virtually non-existent (Divekick, anyone?).

I have Divekick and SFxT on Steam. I'd buy KOF13 or others if they went on sale - though I have most on PS3. I plan to buy Ultimate SF4 on Steam when it comes out, as I'd rather have it there than on a console.
