Well, I've done the Super Famicom in three videos, the PC Engine in one video, and now a Saturn one. Frankly, I only have 26 import PS1 games, and I think one or two of them have been released domestically. I just don't own enough to make a video, and frankly I am not knowledgeable enough. The guy who did the 65 import Saturn games video did a series of 150 import-only PS1 games. The first video is availble here. I have some games he doesn't have in his videos, but I would have to borrow from everyone else's videos on YouTube in order to make such a video because my collection isn't that large. I've been lucky to take advantage of my local used goods storethat sells Saturn, Dreamcast, and SNES games for 3 for 500 yen.
Also, I prefer to record everything on native hardware too and have everything recorded in 480p. Putting together a mishmash video may not look very aesthetically pleasing. What do you think?
I have a queue in the pipeline to put together another 100 PC Engine games and later another Saturn video (I'd need collaboration on that one to make it happen, though.) I'm just not so excited about the Playstation. I think it's a good idea to make such a video and I've thought about it, but I'm just not up for it yet. Actually, the idea of an import-only Megadrive/Mega CD video seems more enticing to me.

Thanks for the video dude, even the list on its own is a great starting point. I recently finally acquired a Japanese Saturn (it's white and oh so sexy!!) so plan on getting stuck in!

greg, I'm sorry if you feel insulted. I'm just being straight with you. Even if yours is a bit better than many of the others, this just cements that I'm not horribly interested in this particular theme, because I was largely oblivious to the work you say you've put into it.

Nah, I wasn't personally insulted. I just didn't think you were seeing the forest from the trees. As Nyukki put it, it's just a starting point list. It's just meant to trigger nostalgia and pique curiosity. If it isn't your cup of tea, then to each his own. I really did put effort into including footage that I personally felt was either exciting or amusing, though.marurun wrote:greg, I'm sorry if you feel insulted. I'm just being straight with you.
