Gamefaqs. Only one on the website was a truly negative review.

Never take Gamefaqs seriously. The only people who review a game are fanboys unless it's just a complete shit game like rise of the robots. Their is usually one negative review per game on that site and it's the only review worth reading. Just get MSR it's pretty sweet. Is it just me or is revolt to freaking hard?

I wrote a review for that site, once... Or maybe I wrote 2 reviews. I'm always a bit more critical than most, which I consider to be a good thing.

F355 is brilliant though - u shud try that

however the Dreamcast for me is not about those type of games at all, what makes the DC great for me is its massive shmup and
fighting library

F355 is awesome and all, but I just don't enjoy it. It's too... too hard. It's realistic. Realistic driving isn't much fun to me. I like more arcadey, accessible driving games. F355 is only for nuts who want that gritty detail.

Vanishing Point was a bad racer, only two vehicles to choose from on start and the difficulty curve started out way too high. But I got addicted to the mini games. Looked pretty on VGA.

Rush 2049. GET IT. It's stunningly additive, especially the stunt mode.

toy commander is also effing great. Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves is one of my absolute favorite dc titles, along with the obvious Soul Caliber. I really enjoy trying quirky titles on the dc, because they're so easy to download and burn, so I'm not blowing money renting or buying semi-crappy games.

Odd ones to try that aren't great, but might be fun: Pen Pen TriIcelon, Coaster Works (kind of sucks, but who knows...), Flintstones:Viva Rock Vegas (unreleased, but downloadable), Snocross (can't remember the full title, but it's snomobile racing)...

Don't give up on the dc. There's a huge field of great titles, but you might just have trouble picking up the good ones in original form. I'm a huge proponent of downloading for the dc. The gray market (buying used games) doesn't help anyone other than the individual who has them. As long as you're not downloading new developments, it doesn't really matter.

Vanishing Point gets better! I thought it sucked at first, too. But once you unlock other cars it gets much more fun. Spend some time with it and give it a chance. The handling only sucks at the beginning because the starting cars suck.
