IIRC, T. Hawk wasn't mexican, he was forced out of America in to Mexico. I always though this because Bison did some shady shit to him. And wouldn't his name be something in spansih and not Thunderhawk?

The gentlemen at Kotaku have a timid hands on impression of the arcdae form written up if you care to read. From their experience it seems like the game will be a nice addition to the saga.

I heard there are only 4 new characters in addition to the 12 original. I hope that isn't the whole game. That will just be like SSFII Turbo with a new engine and new graphics. Not enough of being called IV.

The Kotaku article says there will be a 16 character roster, the 12 original street fighters (yawn) and the 4 new characters they announced. This roster is really kinda disappointing to me, though there was algo a gameplay video that looked awesome, I just wished they included some SF3 characters, a couple of Alpha wouldn't have hurt either.

Yeah, but it looks like they're trying to get back to basics, which means returning to the title that everybody remembers. Walk into a random room and ask about Street Fighter, and SF2 is usually going to be the most common. Guess they want the old folks to return, and try to get a lot of the new guys to see what the old glory was.

As far as I know, there's been no announcements about special features. Anybody know what to expect?

Since Capcom says they'll add Feilong and Dan to the home console version, I think there will be more revisions (or updates) down the line for the arcade. I just hope they have Akuma somewhere, as he is my favorite character. Can I get a Super Street Fighter IV Turbo please???

CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS GAME. All I've been up to for the past few months is (while I'm with friends) Street Fighter 3: Third Strike and (while I'm at school) Street Figher Alpha 3 Max! Going to have to play with that joystick they're releasing because 360's D-Pad is a joke

And this is looking fantastic. Interesting that they got a British girl to voice Cammy, and they're sticking with the original names of her moves. But this is shaping up to be exactly what I wanted it to be: next gen SF2.

Remember that SF4 is set before SF3, but just after Super Turbo.

SF3 is supposed to be quite some time after ST and SF4, according to canon.

If you want SF3 characters in 3D, you'll need to wait for SF5. But that means waiting out "SF4: Second Coming of the Merch", and "SF4: Third Franchise For The Future" iterations first.
